Contest Rules

No purchase necessary. All contestants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified. Employees, family of employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, employees and family of employees of subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, employees and family of employees of sponsors are not eligible.

Only 1 winner per house hold, per 30 days. Prizes valued of $600.00 or more disqualify winners from winning again for the period of one calendar year. Identification may be required to claim your prize.

Winners will be required to fill out a 1099 tax form and will be taxed on their winnings at the end of the fiscal year for any prizes valued at $600.00 or more. LaPorte County Broadcasting Company, Inc., is not responsible for any taxes on the prize awarded to the winner and are NOT included with the prize.

Any and all prizes not claimed 30 days after the prize check is printed or the prize is otherwise given away shall be forfeited thereby becoming property of LaPorte County Broadcasting Company Inc. and may be used for other purposes at our discretion.

We are not responsible for failure to claim any and all prizes won for any reason, including but not limited to mechanical errors, telephone difficulties or any other delays.

All decisions by LaPorte County Broadcasting Company Inc. and participating sponsors will be final. We reserve the right to change these rules or discontinue this contest at any time. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. All prizes are nontransferable.

The odds of winning a random drawing are determined by the number of entrants.

Drawings will be witnessed and conducted by disinterested parties.

We are not responsible for the inability to contact any of the qualifiers due to phone issues or mailing issues. Winners can be notified by phone , mail, or on air announcement.

By calling our studios for contestion or other purposes you accept the possibility that your voice will be recorded and your call may or may not be used on the air for that, or any other promotion.

Participation in this contest constitutes permission of all contestants and winner for LaPorte County Broadcasting Company Inc., and participating sponsors to publicize and/or broadcast the contestant's name, photograph, character, likeness, voice, entry, and the fact that he/she participated in and/or won the contest. There will be no additional compensation.

Prize winners and guests will be required to sign an comprehensive release form releasing LaPorte County Broadcasting Company Inc. and it's employees, officers, administrators, representatives and agents from any and all liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the contest and/or award or use of any prize.

Failure to sign a release form is a violation of the contest rules and constitutes forfeiture of prize. Failure to comply with all contest rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
